How does it work?

Once you have placed and paid for the order, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation from us. You may reply to this, or send an email directly to info@hondenhoek.com clearly stating your order number. Send the photo(s) of your dog (maximum one pet per product) to us, always make sure that the photo is sharp , clear and of as large a size as possible for the best result. The crystal will contain a 2D drawing of the photo you sent.
