We would like to inform you of a temporary challenge we are currently experiencing in our order processing system. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. We recently invested in new software to improve order processing and make it more efficient. Unfortunately, we have discovered some bugs in the software that require our attention at this time. These bugs affect the real-time push of orders to our warehouses, which in turn results in processing delays.
Due to these delays in processing orders, we currently ask for your understanding for an additional processing time of approximately 2-5 business days. We understand that this may cause inconvenience, and we do everything we can to keep this to a minimum. We would like to emphasize that the quality of our products and your satisfaction remain our top priority. We hope for your understanding and patience as we address this technical challenge. We expect to fully resolve the problems with the software soon and make our ordering process run smoothly again. We will keep you regularly informed of progress and any further updates.
