Service Announcement: Team Hondenhoek Goes for Further Training

Every year we strive to improve our service and knowledge, and this year is no exception. Team Hondenhoek will undergo annual training from February 12 to 14, followed by a team outing to the Belgian Ardennes from February 14 to 17, 2024. During this period, our customer service may have limited availability, which may result in longer waiting times. We ask for your understanding and patience as we work on our skills.

During this period, orders will be processed and shipped once every 3-4 business days. We would kindly ask you to take this into account and understand any possible delays in delivery. Our team is committed to continuing to offer you the best possible service, even during this further training period and team outing to the Belgian Ardennes. Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to serving you again with renewed knowledge and dedication after our further training.

During this period, our customer service opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. During this period, customer service is exceptionally not available on Saturdays. From February 18, 2024 we will be available again as usual.
